My first guest is Dr Seth Roberts who is a professor emeritus of psychology at the University of California at Berkeley and the author of the New York Times bestseller &#8220;<em>The Shangri-La Diet</em>&#8220;. He is on the editorial board of the journal <em>Nutrition</em> and has published dozens of scientific articles on topics including health, nutrition, and weight control. Seth spends his time between Berkeley and China. He will tell us how we can lose weight by making one simple change in our daily routine and diet. </p>
