On Saturday, Dr Carl O Helvie interviewed Tonika Rinar from England. Tonika is an extraordinary psychic who traveled back in time and conversed with Jesus over a 16 year period. DR Jonathan Ellerby Tips from Holistic Health Show on Saturday, February 14

Dr Jonathan Ellerby was interviewed by Dr Carl O Helvie on the Holistic Health Show (www.bbsradio.com) Station 3 on Saturday, February 14 at 8 p.m. EST. Jonathan has a new book titled Return to the Sacred: Ancient Pathways to Spiritual Awakening.
One part of his book is devoted to inspiration that can be healing and life changing. Jonathan identifies 5 steps to end Inspiration Deficit Disorder . These include 1) Look for it in films, books, people and stories. 2) Remember it by telling someone else about it or writing about it and ask yourself what you can do to reconnect with the feelings engendered. 3) Inspire yourself by setting aside quiet time to envision your ideal future. 4) Give what you want to get back. A great way to get inspired is to give to others such as helping a stranger, coaching a team or sharing your expertise with someone else. 5) Its not what you think.
