My guest for Saturday is Roar Sheppard who is American and has been residing in Korea for about 15 years, where he studied Korean tradi­tional culture and language. Interested in the secret of the Universe, he searched for it through meditation. Through the deep silence of his meditation and breathing training, he began to communicate with various beings through wavelengths. He is actively sharing with others the meth­ods for a New Society, which he says is coming sooner than we think, and for preparation. The new society will be based on breathing and love for human beings, nature and the Universe.
Roar Sheppard also studied Oriental Medicine for 6 years. He is one of the few experts on the 8 Body Types. In short, human beings can be classified into 8 different body types at birth according to the size of their organs and thus should eat differently, exercise differently and take medicine differently. Roar has helped hundreds of people around the world find out the foods and exercise that is right for them. He teaches the power of Danjeon breathing to bring balance to one’s emotional and physical health. Next Saturday I have a special Christmas program and my first guest is Sophie Rose (left) who was born in France. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law but mostly worked in marketing until 1999, when she moved to the United States. She began her spiritual quest in 1998, practiced meditation with different teachers and quickly became an avid meditator. Sophie was contacted by Jeshua and Mary Magdalene in February 2010. Jackie initially studied/researched Arabic & Islamic Studies, Religious Studies with some archaeology. Moving on to the area of Consciousness Studies & Sacred traditions she wrote 2 x 100,000 word Master of Philosophy & PhD dissertations on:
3 Classes of Spiritually Transformative Psychic Experiences. These are 1) Shamanic- Out of Body and Near Death Experiences and 2) An Exploration of the Relationship between the Psychic Faculty and the Spiritual?

Dr Carl O Helvie, Host, Holistic Health Show, will interview Stefan Wils, a Shu’em Healer and Shaman on the next show on BBS Radio Saturday as part of the Spirituality, Healing and Faith series. Stefan has given many thousands of healings starting in 1986 where Shuem Shamanic Healing offered courses, meditation, and healing live online. It started as a small healing practice and soon became a training center for those who like to use Shuem Shamanism as a way to spirituality, healing and transformation.

In 1998, Stefan founded the School of Transformative Shamanism where people learn to use shamanism as an instrument to find more peaceful and and balanced state of life. Shuem Shamanism can change one’s perspective on life radically and in a relatively short time many people experience a more relaxed state that makes it easier to deal with life circumstances.
